Rihanna stepped out with a long shirt...is this fashion??

27 year old super star stepped out with what I' ll call a strange kind of shirt. The star wore a long shirt that looked like a garment with a white sneakers. Riri as she is popularly referred to wore no bra. This wouldn't be the first time the star is seen bra less not quite long she posted a Pics of her on instagram covering her nipples with a scarf.
