Mother denied of using her dead daughter's egg in getting a grand child for herself

The 59 year old mother who lost her daughter 28 to cancer after much battling has been denied access to her daughter's egg

According to the mother, my daughter ask me  to use her egg which she kept frozen after she had passed. The late daughter whom mother said told " I want you to carry my babies ". I didn't go through IVF to save my eggs for nothing, lost the right to use her daughter's egg simply because she didn't fill up the form authorising the mother to use the eggs before passing on

The lawyer of the late daughter parents argued the case saying is cruel of the judge not to give access to the parents of the girl simply because she was too weak to fill the form of authentication.
