Osun state pensioners on Wednesday took to the streets protesting over non payment of their pensions for the past seven months.
They went in their 100's saying All We've been receiving are empty promises. Some told the journalist they were sick and need money to treat themselves
The Deputy chief Mr Taiwo Adeyemi, addressed the pensioners, saying He understood their pain and Anger.
He assured them saying the state government was working hard to ensure they get paid.
Mr Adeyemi appealed with them to exercise more patience promising that the law maker would still hold meeting with the Governor of Osun on this matter.
They left afterwards in their 100's.
