what are the Risk involved in pierced ear

There are risk involved in pierced ear if not medically taken good care.Pierced ears may become infected if you don’t care for them properly.

The American Academy of Dermatology recommends:

Don’t touch newly pierced ears unless you have just washed your hands.

When ears are newly pierced, don’t remove earrings for at least six weeks to prevent holes from closing up.

A few times each day, gently twist earrings to help keep holes in ear lobes open.

Use a cotton ball dipped in rubbing alcohol to gently clean ears a few times daily.

Apply a light coat of petroleum jelly on the pierced lobes.
