Pual Horner 56 who said is not biblical and he won't consent to it,said is unfair how the justice system of the country is neglecting their own believe pertaining to the matter if gay marriage
Gay marriage was passed recently by the supreme Court in U.S and many strong believers has objects to the verdict.
Lawyer of pastor pual Horner 56 spoke on behalf of his client to reporters
He said, we are currently disputing the guilty verdict and I am confident my client will be a free man here shortly ", said attorney Tom Downey. "Horner was just using his best judgement according to his tights and religious freedom in this country "
Myron Danus the judge that ruled the harsh verdict against pual Horner said
Religious freedom goes both ways. Mr Horner, "Danus told the court room "It is not your place to deny individuals the same right that everyone else has rights that passed down and agreed upon in a court of law, the ultimate Court, the supreme Court. It is not your decision whether or not you agree with the law but more importantly that you follow it and enforce it".
The church is said to be registered as religious Co operation and can only we'd a woman and a man in pertaining to the bible law and order but the church us also registered as a for - profit business which means it must adhere to rules and regulations of the supreme Court the judge added.
Many disapprove of the ruling saying it is time the Christian stand for their right.
