The builder of collapsed synagogue church needs to be persecuted, lagos coroner Magistrate vet.

The Lagos coroner magistrate oyetade komolate says the builder of the 6 storey synagogue church that collapsed in September 12 2014 needs to be persecuted.

He further went on to say the engineer didn't acquire the right permit to carry on with the building that collapsed leaving 116 killed due to the incident. He blamed the man of God for not taken necessary precautions and said the church should be investigated as well.

The building collapsed due to improper structure and not a sabotage as many claims he added.
