my butt & boobs enlargement is thanks to a cream not implant - kylie jenner

Is obvious that kylie increased the size of of her butt and boobs, but she is saying "NO.. not implant but I achieve these through a natural cream".

She posted the pics of the of the cream on instagram and  claims she use uses PureLeef’s butt enhancement cream and breast plumping lotion to achieve a curvier figure. 

She wrote:

This is also the case if her mentor kim, who has never admitted to breast and butt implant even though is obvious she had it done..
