This happened at about 10:30 am, the 38 year old man covered with rag cloths didn't mind if people where starring, shouting or even laughing as he per in front of moving car and and stuck up cars in traffic.
The police wasn't pleased with it and complains had been filled against the man saying he does as he please " he hurls insults at people, threaten lives and employees of the lingerie chains department of Victoria secret, customers complain about him all the time "
